2022 Christmas Concert

The annual Christmas Concert is a wonderful event where choirs sign/sing and every class perform a dance routine on stage under lights. Food and drinks will be available from 5:00 pm and the concert will start at 6:30 pm (ish). The P&C Association will run the Bar, BBQ, Hot Chips and Popcorn stalls. Two external food vans are onsite, the Slushee Van and Alba Catering (Japanese food), respectively. Matthew Cox will record every performance and parents can purchase the video clips via an Eventbrite donation here

Volunteers and roles for each stall

• Bar - 3 volunteers per hour to serve drinks
• BBQ - 3 volunteers per hour to cook on 2 BBQs, take orders and serve sausages, onion, bread
• Hot Chips & Popcorn - 2 volunteers per hour to deep fry chips, take orders and serve cups of hot chips and bags of Popcorn

 

Services offered at each stall and van

• Bar - beer, champagne, wine, juice poppers, soft drink
• BBQ - sausages with bread and onions, including plant-based options
• Hot Chips & Popcorn - cups of deep-fried chips and bags of popcorn
• Slushee van - sweet ice cold slushees
• Alba Catering - Japanese food van
